Recommeneded Vaccine Guidelines
Pets must be 12 weeks or older to receive a rabies vaccination.
Puppy and Kitten vaccinations should be given in 3-4 week intervals.
Last dose of feline & canine combo should be given AFTER 16 weeks old.
Pets over 16 weeks old receiving first vaccines will need 2 distemper combo vaccines 3-4 weeks apart.
Dogs
1st Round:
Distemper/Parvo Combo, Dewormer
(must be at least 6-8 weeks old)
2nd Round:
Distemper/Parvo Combo, Dewormer
(must be at least 9-11 weeks old)
3rd Round:
Rabies, Distemper/Parvo Combo, Dewormer
(must be at least 3 months old)
Annually:
Rabies, Distemper/Parvo Combo, Dewormer
Kennel Cough (Bordetella):
Give annually and booster as needed for boarding/grooming
Cats
1st Round:
Distemper Combo, Dewormer
(must be at least 6-8 weeks old)
2nd Round:
Distemper Combo, Feline Leukemia, Dewormer
(must be at least 9-11 weeks old)
3rd Round:
Rabies, Distemper Combo, Feline Leukemia, Dewormer
(must be at least 3 months old)
Annually:
Rabies, Distemper Combo, Feline Leukemia, Dewormer
